VS Victoria's Secret Clear Resin? Black Lace Rhinestones Bangle Bracelet RARE

Very nice Victoria's Secret bangle. This looks to be made of resin or acrylic and it appears to have black lace inside the bangle. There are rhinestones on the outside, as well as VS hardware. This measures just under 11" in circumference, 2-1/2" inner diameter, 3-1/2" outer diameter & just over 1/2" wide. The condition is close to new. I tried to find this piece online & was not able to find the exact same one. I believe this is a rare piece.
