The dress will fit great on a 28 - 30 waist. I put it on for the pic and I'm about a 28. But for the dinner I wore it to I was closer to 30. The top is very forgiving. Lol

Yea that is what the thread was showing. Some people were being charged tax & others weren't. My sister was charged tax so maybe it only applies to certain states??? I haven't purchased anything through posh the last couple of days so I'm unsure. Lets hope it was a glitch in the system
