VTG 1960s Delicato by Markay Geometric black/brown/tan Chenille Fabric Tapestry Handbag with a Lady’s Loose Wrist handle. Rectangular shaped, the soft, Chenille fabric has a great vintage vibe. Reminds me of a Pierre Frey-inspired design. After all, he influenced designers like Chanel…and this is her color palette. Very art-influenced, geometric pattern. The last photo is an 1967 Advertisement for Markay fabric bags. Looks like a designer bag and quite attractive, would be a great fashion accessory. Plenty of room inside for phone, cosmetics, keys and such. Not too heavy. Brass snap closure and hardware. Inside zipper pocket. Great condition but strap would be nicer if had some stitching to close seam. See photos. Otherwise in incredible shape: no tears, stains or worn spots.
