Midnight blue velvet (rayon kind). DEEP plunge in front. Sleeveless. Rings at shoulder, can adjust smaller. Mini length. Zipper down back, coiled metal. A great little dress or tunic top with pants or leggings. Originally intended to wear with blouse or bodysuit, but could be without if you like to show off cleavage.
