VTG 1970s AFRC Actionwear Navy Blue Utility/Sport Lined Pants with High Waist

Inseam 16in Hip 20in Rise 13in Waist 14 3/4in These are a great pair of womens sport utility pants from afrc Actionwear! Made in the USA. Navy blue, with purple liner. Womens 14(please refer to above flat measurements of the garment). Capri length. Two front zip pockets, and one back one. Front zip and snap closure. The seat of the pants are constructed like an equestrian pant. High waist, adjustable velcro at each side. ***The only signs if use are the inside lining of these pants, please refer to photos for details.**** I am also unsure of the intent of these pants, whether it's skiing, horseback riding, or just utility.
