Chiffon floral maxi dress by Mardi Gras with long belt/scarf. Attached spaghetti strap blue slip. Button and loop closure at the back. Wonderful condition. Doesn’t look like it’s been worn. Not pinned on mannequin or myself. Mannequin is size 2. I am size 4, and measure:33,28,38. A small could pull it off best for a medium. I am 5.3 and with 3 inch heels it is still too long.
