VTG 1970’s Jody T Brown Floral Corduroy Hippie Prairie Western Mini Dress Sz S

Amazing and rare vintage 1970’s Jody T of California brown small wale corduroy mini dress. Fabric is 78% cotton and 22% polyester in rich brown corduroy with a floral print in beige, light blue, rust and pink. Dress zips up in front from about the hips and has a pointed and also round collar. There’s an arched yoke in front and back trimmed in lighter brown piping giving off western/prairie vibes. Long sleeves are slightly pleated at shoulder and have the same piping at cuffs. Attached belt ties in front. Skirt is flared. Excellent condition! I did find a tiny bit of the skirts seam that needs a quick easy mend but that’s it. Size 5 see measurements below.
