VTG 1980s Siasia NY Sequin Black Dress V-neck Evening Cocktail Holiday

What fun this would be for that holiday party or special occasion! Vintage 1980's style with all over sequins and shoulder pads. The sleeves are unlined and see through. Band of elastic at the bottom to give blouson effect. Body of dress is lined. Sleeves have ruching on lower area. armpit to armpit 19.5" across sleeve length 19" shoulder to hem 39" Measurements are taken with garment hanging unless noted.
