Vintage 1980s floral cinched blue and white blazer dress, Pea Patch New York. Has light shoulder pads. Dress is built into the blazer. Both fabrics have a light floral pattern on them. Size 5/6. Pit to pit about 18". Pit to hem 27.75". Good condition pre owned, has some loose stitching in spots and a couple sleeve buttons are loose.
