VTG 1988 American Carousel Figurine Tobin Fraley PTC Jumper Father & Son Rider

For your consideration is this adorable carousel figurine produced by Willits Designs in cooperation with Tobin Fraley. This piece, titled "PTC Jumper with Father/Son Rider", was part of The American Carousel Collection 2nd Edition release from 1988. The porcelain piece of the carousel horse, father and son, sit upon the original clawfoot brass base (#8222). The base has a coin insert identifying it as part of the 2nd edition of the collection and numbered 3043/17500. The horse's belly bears Tobin Fraley's signature. The piece measures 7 inches long x 3.1 inches wide x 7.75 inches tall. Please note, I have performed some repairs on the piece. First, I replaced the lower rubber washer which had dry rotted with a small black o-ring. Additionally, the father's head snapped off while transporting him home. I used 2-part epoxy to re-attach it.
