A beautiful holiday dress from the 1990s! Made from rich blue velvet, the sheath dress has a flattering scalloped, off shoulder neckline, short sleeves with elastic shoulder straps to keep them in place, a nipped in waist, and a fitted, mini length skirt. Unlined. Back zipper closure. Unworn with the original Target tag still attached! Label: Roberta Material: rayon velvet Size: tagged vintage size 9/10 and fits a modern small to medium (see measurements).
