Stand out in any crowd wearing this vintage statement Bill Blass New York blue silk cowl neckline pullover blouse. Made in USA, labeled a Size 4, it is made to fit a 34 inch bust. There are tiny side buttons on the left side, sheer wide puffy sleeves with elasticized edges and the cowl fold-down collar is 12 inches wide. A full lining completes the designer details. Only the sleeves are sheer. Please use the measurements below to make sure this will fit you. Armhole opening is 20 inches. Sleeve length is 24 inches. Note this is adjustable due to the elastic in the hem of each sleeve. Bust is 34 inches. Waist is 34 inches. Full length is 22 inches. Hemline width is 38 inches. The outer fabric is a patterned dark blue silk. In the photos you can see the circle design in the silk. For a different look the collar can be pulled down cowl style or off the shoulders to bare your shoulders. Like the collar, these sleeves can be worn full length or pulled up.
