VTG 40s/50s VELVET HAT....🌷GORGEOUS🌷

This is one of the most GORGEOUS hats I've ever come across...it's just spectacular,it's in a rich black velvet,has 2 rhinestone sections on the front and a semi bow hanging down the back...this hat is in EUC! The shiny spots you see are indicative of velvet and is not any defects it's just what velvet does!! It's made by Valerie modes,this's was made to sit back on your head not directly on top...awesome display piece!!! This is such a LUCY hat!!! Inner circumference is 6"!
