I’m 5’6” and this fits a couple inches above the knee, would also fit a petite person. White and denim blue colored stripes. Peter Pan collar. Shoulder 14” across Bust 32-33” Waist up to 25” Hips: free Minor cosmetic flaw on hem, not very noticeable. Just needs an eye hook at waist. AS IS.
