VTG 60s Dynasty silk sheath dress

Vintage 1960s green silk sheath dress with chinoiserie motif by Dynasty (Hong Kong). Tie belt at waist, slanted front pockets, lined. VTG size 12 (please see measurements). In good vtg condition with some flaws to note. Staining around a front pocket & inside lining. One belt loop on side is torn, and one end of belt is missing the knot. Lining partially torn on the inside though this has no effect on outside appearance. Please see pictures. Approx measurements: Bust 16.5” Waist 15.5 Length 36
