VTG 60s Flapper Style Dress V9 Modern 4?

Pale Blue 1969 vintage flapper styled dress with sequins and a pleated translucent skirt layered with a periwinkle lilac slip and attached crinoline underneath. Shows signs of age with light staining and fading. Closes with a zipper and hook an eye at the collar. Vintage sizing size 9 modern sizing approximately size 4/6 please refer to measurements on photos
