VTG 60s Lanz blue and white striped dress and cropped shirt set

Adorable blue and white/cream striped dress set. Thick tank top straps on the dress. Form fitting waist with cute blue plastic buttons down the front. A line full skirt. Matching top with short sleeves and collar. Flaws: Discoloration throughout the piece. Most prominent is on the back of the jacket. It is difficult to photograph but it is a yellowing to the fabric.
