Here is an amazing vintage 60s Shan Ying Dress. Red and Black floral print. Ruffle on the bottom of the dress. Keyhole closure on the back. Pockets. Tag reads Shan - Ying for Liberty House. It looks like the tag reads small. I do not see the contents but pretty sure this is a cotton dress.
