VTG 60's/70's Lee Mar Pageant Embroidered Blouse

In good condition with a run on the left shoulder, size label is missing. Lovely lace and embroidery with eyelet design, included on the cuffs. Button down front, pink in color. It appears that it may fit a size 12 or 14.
