Perfect Hobbitcore vest! Well-made vintage 1970s velvet vest with pocket detail (not real pockets, boo...) by Austin Hill. Vest is well-made with no tears, holes, or stains. Inner lining does have some discoloration and there is a minor scuff on the right breast, but this is still a super-cool vest.
