VTG 70s Homemade Blue Floral Mary Jane Cottage Dress Size 4T/5T

So adorable and one of a kind! The front has cute little pockets. There is a small rip in the lace in the bottom as shown in the picture. Otherwise it’s in great condition. No size tag since it’s homemade but appears to be 4-5T. If you purchase it and it doesn’t fit, I’m happy to give a full return and refund :)
