ITEM DETAILS: Vintage 80's Evening Party Cocktail formal dress. Exquisite.....Special occasion dress! this dress is beautiful! Black with Sequins on the front area. Black floral lace around the bottom waist area with sequins around front part followed with a 3" ruffle chiffon (see photo). Black flowing Chiffon layer over the skirt of the dress. Puffy All lace floral sleeves with shoulder padding. No size tag but appears to be a small to medium. Please see measurements for the right fit.
