VTG 80s / 90s Donna Morgan for Non Stop Velvet Black Dress, Long Sleeve, Brocade

This Donna Morgan / Non Stop dress dates back to the 80s or 90s, and is in nice condition overall. The tag is labeled 11/12. In current sizing, it's essentially a women's small. This measures 16" in the shoulders, 19" across the chest, and 14" at the drop waist. The dress is 20" from the shoulder to the top of the waist. There is some elastic at the top of the drop waist, and the elastic still works and has good stretch. Below the brocade accents, the skirt measures 20" before it expands with the flare. The sleeves measure 22.75", and the sleeve openings are 4" across. When flat, the dress measures roughly 53.5" from the shoulder to the hem. When fully expanded, the skirt measures more than 60" across at the bottom. The material appears to be velvet. It could be velour, but the quality of the material feels like velvet. The tag doesn't specify. This dress has a drop waist with brocade accents. There are button and elastic hook closures on the sleeve cuffs and at the back of the neck. The side of the dress has a zipper, hook and eye closure, and snaps, as pictured. Some little spots in the velvet are more rubbed/worn and show up lighter. These appear throughout the dress, but are most noticeable on the bodice. The other flaw involves a couple spots of something dried on the skirt. These spots are low down, and can disappear into the folds of the skirt when someone is wearing the dress. Please see the photos. This dress has been freshly dry cleaned.
