VTG 80's Alexander Campbell Dress Blue Velvet Lace Collar Pleated Sz 12 GORGEOUS

Has shoulder pads. Collar has yellowed due to age. There is a spot on the front as pictured. Condition is not pristine but great for the age. No holes or tears. No bad smell.
