VTG 80's Black Long Sleeve Dress Velveteen Collar NOS Mint with Tag KC Spenser

Vintage black dress from KC Spenser New York. Has buttons in front at the bodice and a collar, both are coated with velveteen fabric. Crepe fabric is 65% acetate, 35% rayon; velveteen is cotton. Waist has narrow pleats on the sides and in back. Size 6 - bust is 36", waist is 30", hip is 44", length is 48". Dress is mint with tags.
