VTG 80s Bright Blue Long Sleeve Dress Leslie Fay

The belt is one size and a bit restrictive, but there’s plenty of stretch to the dress’s elastic waist and it has plenty of room in the bust for area for other other sizes if want to belt it yourself. Has shoulder pads. The belt’s fabric is a bit lumpy - see photos. The velcro closure on the belt is clean and works well but is surrounded by dried brown glue. There is a small stain on the skirt part of the dress, a line that’s a few inches long - see photos
