VTG 80’s Monique California Blue & White Sheer Short Sleeve Blouse Ruffle

Vintage 1970’s-1980’s Monique California short sleeve button up blouse. Fabric is a semi sheer polyester chiffon. Puffy sleeves have contrasting white on cuffs with blue fabric covered buttons. Peter Pan collar is white with a white rosette pin. From neck down to waist there’s a ruffle flap feature making this extra feminine. Straight hem. Excellent condition. Looks to be a S-M.
