VTG 80s Pierre Cardin Woven Silk and Linen Cardigan

Vintage cardigan sweater from Pierre Cardin. Circa 1980s/90s. Lovely semi-loose weave construction with tan, cream, and pink colors. 45% silk 23% linen Marked size Large but best fit is probably a Small (shown on a size 2/4 mannequin). This was handwashed and airdried, however there are still marks on both shoulders (photos 7 and 8). I am not sure what it is or if it can be removed with a different cleaning technique.
