VTG 80s/90s wool jersey suit cranberry red RARE S

What a unique set! Made of wool jersey, this set has a blazer with a split crossover asymmetrical placket, peplum, removable belt, shoulder pads, and matching midi length skirt. It sounds like a lot but it’s just perfect the way it is. Has some signs of wear-the shoulder pads are intact but one has a hole in the wool jersey, the hook and eye closures are a little loose but they are still intact, and there’s a tiny hole (I thought I got a picture of it but apparently I didn’t) in the skirt. Otherwise, for a 40year old piece of clothing made of lightweight, drapeable wool, this suit is in amazing shape! The color is rich, the details are unique, and somebody needs to take this home and rock it NOW. Judging by the owners other pieces, my best guess is a small or extra small.
