VTG 90’s Early 00’s Taffeta Strapless Mini Dress with Bubble Skirt

Fully lined strapless bubble dress. Good pre-loved condition. There is a dark spot on back left side that you can only see in certain lighting (last picture). Looks worse in picture than in person.
