Elastic waist and cuffs. Removable shoulder pads. Center vent with contrasting striped pattern in slit. Sleeves are color blocked with solid navy blue and white polka dot pattern. 2 front slit pockets with white trim. Navy wind flap over front zipper. Made in China. Circa 1990s. Small tear on the front bottom left side with faint white mark. Some gentle wear around inside collar. Convertible collar. Otherwise in good condition with wear consistent with age and use.
