maegan_revak hi! was the 13in waist measurement taken from the very top above the tag and with the waist pulled taught? wanted to double check these will fit before purchasing. thank you

doriennegray @maegan_revak I will double check but I think it’s across the waistband. I would probably go by the circumference (29in) and compare that to a pair of jeans that have a similar inseam if you own any.
