VTG 90s Red Polkadot Skater Dress

It PAINS me to sell this dress. It was so flattering and cute when it fit. It is vintage from the 90s. I bought it at a vintage store in Austin, Tx. There were minor flaws already. Some wear on a few of the polkadots and some black dots in one area. The tag is cut out. None of that takes away from the appeal of this vintage dress, you don't see it unless you're closely looking. I'm not sure of the material, unfortunately. It's probably a cotton blend, but very smooth. Ptp is about 17.5.
