VTG 90s/Y2K Black Skirt with Ribbon Bow Size Large Deadstock NWT

Vintage late 90s or early 2000s/Y2K black skirt. Has a ribbon stripe going around towards the bottom of the skirt, and a bow in the front. Skirt hits right above the knee. Bow is bending back a bit, could used to be ironed flat. Skirt is new with tags! Brand: Cynthia Steffe Size: Large Material: 65% rayon, 35% polyester Measurements (taken flat): Length: 21.5” Waist: 14” (stretchy) Hips: 21” For reference, I am 5’5”, typically a size 10 skirt.
