VTG Betsey Johnson New York Party Dress Size 6

Great vintage Betsey dress in perfect condition . red velvet like top, with lengths of silk attached at the waist to be wrapped around and tied in a bow behind. Skirt part is a layered/ textured black cotton poly blend that sometimes(when the light is right or if the wearer of the dress spins) you can see a hint of the reddish orange “silk “ material that the dress is lined with. On the inside bottom hem there is a third layer of blue tool.
