VTG Black Textured Maxi Skirt Sz 8 Petite by Joseph Ribkoff

Vintage black textured maxi skirt. Has zipper in back, but an elastic, stretchy waist. Straight style skirt. Tag says petite, but can absolutely be worn by non-petite. Would just be ankle length (or a little above) and not floor length. I'm 5'5" and the length did not look awkward, would be perfect with heeled sandals. Has a slit in the back. Skirt is dry clean only.
