VTG Black Velvet Beaded Fringe Top - 3/4 Sleeve - Small B10030

Gorgeous vintage, velvet, beaded top. Has 3/5 sleeves and material is soft and stretchy. Black bead fringe on the bottom is in pretty good condition, only a few strands missing (see photos). Soft rectangular neckline. Really fun vintage piece. Size small approx 17.5 inches pit to pit approx 19 inches in length down the back.
