Vintage Boho Skirt Made in India for Shopping International Black, red and Blue striped pattern with embroidered details and tassel hem. Flat front waist, elastic back, side hook and loop closures. 100% Rayon (dry clean only) Size Small Waist laying flat and not stretched measures approx. 13" across. Length is 31". Skirt is in nice condition with a few areas of stitching that are loose (see last photos)
