VTG Boutique cocktail dress NWT

Scoop neck, vintage. cocktail, wedding, party. dress with original tags, size M/38 Europe/6 us. Black and pearl white coloring. Purchased in 2007 at a boutique in Cincinnati, but never worn. This dress looks like a designer $300 dress, would be perfect for a wedding. Was originally $72 but with inflation this would be $109. Measures 25 inches from shoulder to hem, 29 inch waist and 38 inch bust. Dress has spandex So allows a bit of flexibility within a few inches. can add new photos upon request.
