VTG ⏰ CITY TRIANGLES black velvet one shoulder maxi evening dress. This is beyond stunning! I wish I had an occasion to wear this to. Has a silver glitter paisley print design all over and the most flattering waterfall side ruching detail on one side. Has a slit on the ruched side that measures 27”. No noticeable flaws aside from some places where the threads on the seams are a little frayed/starting to come undone. The off the shoulder side falls a little low so you have to be careful not to expose yourself! Probably would work best with dress or boob tape. Tagged a size S but has some stretch! MEASUREMENTS: pit to pit - 29” waist - 22-23” unstretched length - 61”
