Im guessing it's a woman's today's medium. Vintage natural fading from black fabric being washed. Tiny tears in fabric are shown in pictures in front of shirt and one tiny one where name tag stitching in collar has pulled from the shirt fabric. It's probably not noticeable in front if tucked in. I'm going to let this go for free in any bundle. Has some wearable years left...lol.
