VTG CRC 12K Blue Floral Brooch... lovely vintage Charles Reis brooch.. 1/20 12K Gold Filled CRC central blue flower with pink, blue green, amber rhinestone sprays..clear rhinestone leaf.. can be worn as a brooch or a necklace.. signed on back.. measurements: 2" wide 1 3/4" tall condition: overall good vintage condition with light tarnishing on back..one very small clear rhinestone missing on leaf..hard to notice because of silver to clear rhinestone ratio..see pics sep22L411
