VTG Casual Corner Front Pleated Work Skirt 8

Here is a vintage Casual Corner skirt. Zips up the back with a button closure. Front pleat. Black liner. Here is where the major blemish is. The liner has multiple huge tears. You can't see these blemishes when wearing the skirt. Please see photos. Skirt is polyester and the liner is acetate. Measurements Waist 28 in Hips 38 in Length 19.5
