VTG Country Plaid Prairie Skirt Blue White button up XXS XS

Suuuuuuper cute country style vintage skirt No size tag but I’ll call this an XS or XXS. Im normally an XS/S and it’s a bit tight on me but it does fit Waist: approx 11.5 inches Lengthy: approx 21 inches VG shape. A small nick in front, barely noticeable. Interior button is no longer there bht not really needed. All exterior buttons there and in great shape! Smoke free home
