VTG | Crop Top Blazer

Super fun lightweight cropped blazer with an '80s edge and killer shoulder pads. Also known as a bolero or shrug. Very light stain that would most likely come out in the wash. Not very noticable but otherwise great worn condition. I am usually an XS in tops and it is a bit oversized. Listing as a S but please see measurements.
