VTG Diane Freis Sz M 80's Beaded Georgette Bohemian sheer ruffle Feminine Dress

Gently used vintage Boho sheer floral dress with all over ruffles on the skirt, and a faux wrap bodice. Has shoulder pads and a snap closure at the neckline to assist in pulling it on. There is a matching scarf/sash with tassels there are tassels on ties at the neck. The skirt lining is a sheer black. The waist is smocked elastic and very stretchy. The beads appear to be in very good condition. There are few threads sticking out, but there don't seem to be missing beads. Please look at the photos, as they are part of the description.
