The material is very nice polyester and they seem to be professionally hemmed to 23 inches. The pockets are slashed pockets with elastic waistband. Machine washable. DonnKenny is a long time maker of women’s quality clothes. This shows the quality in these pants. They are WSB1#5 like Alfred aDunner but better!
