VTG Dress Barn Gingham Capris

Vintage blue and white gingham cotton capris from dress barn. Has aborable embroidered cutouts on one leg! It’s missing its drawstring, but there are holes for one. There are two faint stains on the back that I haven’t tried to get out, but I bet they would come out with some effort. See last two photos. Waist 17-21” Hip 23” Rise 12.5” Inseam 22”
