VTG Ellen Nelson from Red Farm Studio RI Gorgeous Early Lithograph

Ellen Nelson was born in 1908 in Copenhagen, Denmark. She immigrated to the US, where she attended the Art Institute of Boston. She later started her own greeting card company, Red Farm Studio. She illustrated many children's books, cookbooks and of course, greeting cards. She also created small watercolor paintings depicting children from around the world, or from literature and nursery rhymes. She passed away in 2002, at the age of 94, having contributed to the world her delicately rendered, joyful art celebrating the innocence and beauty of children. This original artist signed piece is ready to hang, clean back. This artwork is in excellent clean condition.
