VTG Estate Gold Plated & GarnetPendant Necklace - Turkey

Long chain! The details on this pendant are incredible. The pendant almost looks like it is made from lace instead of metal. This is a circular pendant on a 36.5” long gold tone chain. There are loose garnets (or similar) in the middle of the pendant that give a satisfying noise when they move. I’m sure someone could take this apart to confirm that they are real garnets, but that seems unnecessary, and I wouldn’t want to damage the pendant. This piece is beautiful and the gold pendant and chain test as gold, though the only marking is “Turkey” on the back of the pendant. I assume that this was made for export in Turkey. It was originally sold to me as gold plated.
